Currently the Agent York Team is expanding its REO/BPO business. We are in the top 4% of real estate teams in Tucson, Arizona. Our success and ability to expand without major restructuring can be attributed to implementing a team business model created by the number 4 real estate firm in North America, Keller Williams.
This business model accompanied with the use of some of the newest real estate technology available enables us to provide REO managers’ service above and beyond what traditional individual real estate agents provide. Currently we provide roughly 20 BPO’s a week while managing about 20 listings.

Our mission statement almost says it all. We understand that your REO inventory costs you money with every passing day. Because of this we handle every lender owned property with a proactive dedication to providing results. Anything less than 100% is unacceptable.
Members
Dustin J. York: REO Specialist – Listing Agent – Team Leader.
4+ years of real estate experience, 12 years United States Marine Corps.
Qualifications – BS in Business Economics from The University of Arizona, Team Leader of a top producing Tucson real estate team, 13 years experience in managing assets and people while implementing systems to maintain high levels of efficiency.
Heather York: REO Specialist - Listing Agent – Internet Manager.
5+ years of real estate experience, 10 years business management.
Qualifications – 10 years experience in upper management of multiple businesses. 17 years in sales, 5 of those in real estate. Top producer and recipient of salesperson of the month and year awards. 3 years experience with new home builder, familiarity with construction techniques, materials, and quality. Ability to identify items that are or may become issues hindering the sale of a property.
Buyers Agents: 2 full time buyers agents with a focus on sales experience. The pool of 70 agents registered with Keller Williams Realty, Tucson Territory hold open houses on our team listings as needed.
Our business model outlines specific positions and duties that go along with those jobs. Every team member takes a personality profile in order to ensure that they will work at peak performance in their position. This model enables us to expand easily and place team members where they will perform their best.

Your Marketing Plan
Your marketing plan is above and beyond what is traditionally offered. The reason we feel this plan is beyond the norm is because we have embraced many new tools that a lot of Realtors are hesitant to begin using. Your marketing plan includes:

- Full property verification to include preliminary title report (this enables the most accurate property description for advertising
- Listing uploaded to 60 plus sites; yahoo, google, KWLS
- Listing on www.AgentYork.com the team local site that has about 1,500 visits per month.
- Enhanced listing on Realtor.com, allows more photos, larger description, scrolling text, and highlights the entire listing.
- Rotating exposure on Homes.com (members only site with about 1,000 Tucson shoppers per week.
- Full size sign, brochure box and lock box installed within 2 business days of listing date.
- Arch Telecom 800 number sign rider. This system captures prospective buyers’ contact info (even if they use a call blocking system) allowing us the opportunity to push for the sale of your property.
- Verbal notification to the 50 closest neighbors to the property within 5 business days of the listing. Simply put, our buyers agents knock on neighbors’ doors and ask who would be interested in buying the property.
- Rotating exposure in Homes & Land magazine. We have a revolving call to action ad in every Homes & Land that states “by the time you read this ad, this great foreclosure deal will be gone, Call now to get your great deal”. The ad brings in about 6 – 8 potential buyers a month.
- Homefeedback.com. Program that sends a questionnaire to every agent that shows the property. When we know their clients objections we can work to overcome them in order to bring in an offer.
Technology for Maximum Efficiency
- Web Site – Main team site, www.AgentYork.com. Truly a one stop shop for Tucson Real Estate information. Past, present, and future clients can use this site to review all of the team listings as well as all other homes listed in the Tucson MLS. Beyond home searching, people have access to mortgage calculators, community info (crime rates etc.), and school data. There are also systems in place to capture site users contact information.
- Home Feedback – Homefeedback.com provides a multiple choice and fill in the blank questionnaire. After downloading property showing data we forward a questionnaire to the showing agent. When they fill out the questionnaire a listing agent contacts them to discuss their client’s objections and motivations. The goal is to overcome the objections and to get an offer.
- Arch Telecom – 800 number with the ability to capture a callers information. This system is used in all of our print advertising and on the property as well. We know what property they are calling on, and where they saw it advertised. This enables us to reel in potential buyers as well as measure our overall marketing results thus enabling our targeted advertising to be as effective as possible.
- Top Producer – The glue that holds everything together. This program pulls 800 number and web site inquires, and buyer information into one system. This streamlines our ability to manage leads on your listing. Top Producer also manages all aspects of the transaction. Every deadline for your listing will be entered into this highly customizable system. Weekly inspections, contractor follow up, escrow management and everything in between is entered into a system that provides a daily checklist of everything that needs to be done. The end result… Quality proactive performance and less babysitting for REO managers in your company.
