The “Right Price” guarantee is simple. I will save you at least $5000 dollars when you purchase a home with me as your Realtor. If the home is listed with “Range Pricing” such as $200,000-$220,000 I will negotiate a price below the half way point between the ranges. In the case above, that savings would be at least $10,000!
